      <image:caption>Sean Harklerode (he/him) is a Chicago actor, writer and director known for his quick wit and naturalistic performances. He has appeared in a number of productions at City Lit over the past several seasons, including Night of the Hunter, Murder in the Cathedral, and all three parts of The Four-Color Trilogy. Originally from North Carolina, where he began his show biz career in high school as the weekend clown (and dishwasher) at a local chain of circus-themed ice cream parlors, Sean moved to Chicago after graduating from the University of North Carolina, to pursue acting, improv and standup comedy, before gravitating toward more dramatic roles. He was a longtime member of New Millennium Theatre Company, where he wrote and directed Plans 1-8 from Outer Space and Silent Night of the Living Dead, as well as appearing in and directing a host of original plays, most notably Cubicle: The Office Space Musical, The Princess Peach Conspiracy, and three consecutive holiday seasons as Bing Crosby in The David Bowie Christmas Special Live..From Space.       <image:caption>Robert is excited to be an Artistic Associate with City Lit. Robert was lucky enough to be in City Lit's production of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland directed by Cecilee D. Keenan in the spring of 2000. This was the company's inaugural show in the 2nd floor space. Since then, Robert has worked with several companies here in Chicago &amp; regionally, including City Lit Steppenwolf, The Gift, Edge of The Wood, Jackalope,Milwaukee Repertory Theatre, &amp; First Stage to name a few. Most recently Robert was seen in City Lit's Joseph Jefferson Award winning production of August Wilson's Seven Guitars directed by Manny Buckley. The show earned two Jeff Awards. One for Best Production of a Play &amp; one Best  Actor in a Supporting Role trophy for his work playing Hedley. Robert is a graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Art in NYC &amp; The School at Steppenwolf (Acting Fellowship) Mr. Howard is represented by DDO Artists Chicago.       <image:caption>Mark Pracht was raised near Colorado Springs, Colorado, and graduated from the University of Nebraska, Kearney. He has proudly worked in the Chicago theatre community for over 20 years, as an actor, playwright and director. He is best remembered for his performance as Harlan “Mountain” McClintock in Requiem for a Heavyweight at The Artistic Home, for which he received a 2019 Non-Equity Jeff Award for Performance in a Principal Role. You may have seen him as John Proctor in The Crucible at Invictus Theatre (2023 Non-Equity Jeff nomination for Performance in a Principal Role), or as Lanfield in Blizzard ’67 at 16th Street Theatre (2017 Equity Jeff Nomination for Best Ensemble). He’s made a home here at City Lit, including Milt Shanks in The Copperhead, The Creature in Frankenstein and The Beast in Glassheart. As a playwright, City Lit presented his three-part (so far) series on the history of the comic book industry, The Mark of Kane in 2022, The Innocence of Seduction in 2023 (which he also directed), and The House of Ideas in 2024.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Shawna Tucker is an actress, producer, writer/adaptor having had the privilege of training for two years at Chicago’s ground-breaking St. Nicholas Theater Company, finishing there as a member of the performing ensemble. After moving to St. Louis, she produced and acted in productions with the Lafayette Square Arts Council, and continued acting and producing while living in the Washington D.C. area and Atlanta. Upon returning to Chicago, she worked with a number of theater companies in addition to acting and producing a four-character Shakespeare adaption of “Antony &amp; Cleopatra UNDONE” co-adapted with Patricia Henritze. At City Lit, she has had the joy of performing in a number of productions under the direction of Terry McCabe, and also counts among her career highlights playing a femme fatale in “Dashiell Hamlet,” directed by Mike Nussbaum, and an authentically spiritual farm widow her own adaption of “The Night of the Hunter,” directed by Brian Pastor.</image:caption>
