Real Live Literature, our newly developed educational program, is dedicated to bringing the vitality and accessibility of the literary imagination to the youth of the community.

This program produces theatrical concert readings of adaptations of literary material to be performed in in the classroom by professional actors. In addition, we offer workshop sessions in which our teaching artists work with students to adapt literature into scripts that they perform themselves!

Our processes provide a well-rounded learning aspect to literature by enlivening the stories and connecting literary themes to students' own lives.

Children of all ages learn how literature and theater can enrich and benefit each other and experience the beauty and power of the spoken written word.
