City Lit will host its fifth annual The Art of Adaptation, a three-day juried festival of world premieres of short pieces of non-dramatic literature adapted for the stage, on Friday, June 29, Saturday, June 30, and Sunday, July 1.

City Lit is now seeking submissions for the festival. All pieces must be adapted from NON-dramatic material -- short stories, essays, novels, video games, but not material from a play or musical.
